- 5) Request your transcript to be mailed to the address above – or – request it be emailed to: applications@aagamf.org

Please Remember… Our Scholarship is for Printing Technology / Graphic Communication Programs
(Not Fine Arts Programs)
at 2 or 4 year Colleges or Universities
Be sure to include:
> High school and/or college grade transcripts Include both transcripts if you are college freshman.
> Letter of recommendation from teacher or employer
> You must be enrolled or accepted at a full-time approved Printing course of study at a 2 or 4
year college or university.
Must be a Michigan resident and/or enrolled in a “Printing Program” at a Michigan college or university.

Email instructions:
1. Download application (pdf) and fill-in information
2. Save as a NEW document titled with your complete name
3. Attach the document (your completed application) to applications@aagamf.org
4. Choose a person to complete a "Reference Form" for you.
5. Provide them either a printed form or give them the information to download the
pdf version of the "Reference Form"
6. Ask them to send the completed the "Reference Form" by regular mail or email it to:

7. Request your transcript to be sent by regular mail or by email to: applications@aagamf.org

- 2) Provide a printed copy or an electronic copy to be completed by an evaluator/s of your choice.
